Ce inseamna CCTV?
Cei mai multi oameni cred ca CCTV este o inventie noua – camere supraveghere, dar exista si oameni care nu au auzit niciodata de asa ceva, asa ca, sa le luam in ordine: ce inseamna circuitul de televiziune inchisa? Partea cu televiziunea se intelege de la sine; se refera la proiectarea unor imagini pe un televizor. Insa, fara circuitele aditionale necesare captarii si decodarii semnalelor, nimic nu ar fi posibil.
Partea cu “circuit inchis” o vom discuta in cele ce urmeaza. Daca te abonezi la televiziunea prin satelit si urmaresti un anumit program, poti fii sigur ca alte cateva milioane de oameni urmaresc acelasi program. Acest tip de serviciu se numeste “televiziune cu circuit deschis” (OCTV). Diferenta intre OCTV si CCTV este ca in cazul unui circuit de televiziune inchis nu oricine poate vedea imaginile transmise.
Ce trebuie sa stiti inainte de a cumpara un DVR
In comparatie cu clasicul aparat video, un DVR (Digital Video Recorder) este complet diferit. Intr-un sistem CCTV de baza, cu foarte putine exceptii, semnalele camerei sunt transmise catre DVR printr-un conector BNC. Imaginile individuale sunt convertite intr-un protocol standard cunoscut ca MPEG-4, M_JPEG, JPEG2000 sau Wavelet, care sunt formate de compresie total incompatibile, care permit stocarea imaginilor ca un flux de fisiere codate.
Cele mai importante aspecte ce trebuie avute in vedere la achizitionarea unui DVR sunt:
- Frame rate (Frames per second) – cu cat este mai mare, cu atat reluarea imaginilor este mai fluida. Insa un DVR cu mai multe cadre pe secunda se va umple mai repede decat unul mai slab din acest punct de vedere. (inregistrarea in timp real se face la 25 FPS).
- capacitatea Hard Drive-ului – cu cat memoria este mai mare, cu atat poate inregistra mai mult
- calitatea imaginii si rezolutia – daca alegeti o imagine mai clara, de o rezolutie mai ridicata, veti obtine o imagine mai clara. Insa, la fel ca si la Frame rate, o calitate superioara inseamna ocuparea mai rapida a memoriei
- facilitati de backup – exista mai multe metode de backup, precum CD, DVD sau in retea. Backup-ul pe CD este cel mai intalnit in cazul DVR-urilor, cu toate ca DVD-urile ofera mai mult spatiu de stocare.
- abilitatea de a fi vazut din alt loc – daca doriti sa vedeti ce se intampla, veti avea nevoie de un DVR care se poate conecta la Internet. Trebuie sa stiti ca imaginea poate varia din punct de vedere calitativ, in functie de conexiunea la Internet, algoritmul de compresie si viteza Internetului din fiecare parte (a DVR-ului si a persoanei care vizioneaza).
