Did you know that there’s a best date on when to start a diet? Yes! It’s Tuesday, so for those who plans to start a diet, mark the first Tuesday of May in your calendar. Why Tuesday? Well here are the reasons: According to a study, Tuesday is the day where most people are productive. There were also certain traditions which claim that Tuesday is the best day to remove obstacles. It is also the day that we spend more time at work where stress starts to kick in. Tuesday is also considered by the middle ages as the day of confession and starting afresh. It also marks the beginning of the change from winter clothing to summer attires hoping that we can as well change our shape to suit the attire. We all know that May is the beginning of summer and most of us lose weight on this season than any other months. Though diet has been part of most people’s daily lives, still, I believe that diet can only be a success if and only if the whole process is done right not only considering the date when to start it.
