How to create Changes in your Company

It has becomes the biggest problem for any Company. That people don’t like changes. As you can discover that each of us always have comfort zone where we feel that we have power to control and solve problem.However, company need to change during the time to survive, is not only about that, sometimes company get the profit but the improve of performance still flat. It must be something wrong inside. That’s why company will start to thing need to change. While management is starting to driving forces changes, some people would feel a thread. They will make bad assumption, and pull every people to be on their side to refuse and restrain the changes.

So how we should do with this ? Somehow while Company has urgent matter to change, we can do some action to reduce the restraining forces.Management can give time for employee to adopt with new thing, and this is the best time for company to push the direction of their mindset with the new changes. Communication is the key, because many case happens that employee feel uncomfortable with new environment and decided to quit, you can imagine how exactly it will have big loss for your company if the employee is one of the best 10% employees. Negotiation will fit if you face big mass of riot. Learning or training become the most popular among company to direct their employee, even though time consuming and potentially cost is big.

Some company brings the change agents into employees inside. So the changes will be much smoother. What is change agents is ? Is some guy with big power,charisma and people who can control,influence people. We should make them as ally to help you to switch people mindset.
