Yesterday, I found a quaint little shop selling gorgeous antiques. There were Victorian side tables, Queen Anne chairs, Dresden figurines, Meissen China, and a lot more. Everything was so lovely that by the time I reached the cash register, my arms were full with some $3,000 worth of purchases. But when I took out my credit card, the shopkeeper said he could not accept credit card payments.

That was so frustrating! I couldn’t buy anything because the antique shop did not accept credit cards! I left the store in a huff, swearing never to come back. A little advice to all storekeepers out there: you’re losing money if you don’t have credit card terminals.
